Chestnut Flats, LLC, is a rental and property development company located in Cresaptown, Maryland. We own and manage rental properties, and buy and sell investment properties.

Currently, we own and operate an extensive array of rental properties throughout the Allegany County area, ranging from one bedroom efficiencies to three and four bedroom houses. We also offer student rentals and several commercial units.
